What is your current turnaround time?
As it is now peak season, our current turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days, however if you need your order sent sooner please add rush order to your cart and we will have it shipped to you within 48 business hours.
Do you offer a rush service?
Yes absolutely, we'd love to help!
Simply add 'rush order' to your cart and we'll make and send it to you within 48 business hours.
Don't forget to select express shipping at the check out.

We're located in Doreen VIC Australia
Do you offer local pick up?
Absolutely! At checkout, choose "Local Pickup" as your delivery method.
I haven't received a confirmation email. When will I receive one?
Our system will automatically generate a confirmation email as soon as you have placed your order.
Sometimes your privacy settings will file these in your junk folder.
If you have checked your junk folder and have not received a confirmation email, please contact us via info@bellaxdesigns.com.au and we would be happy to resend this for you.
Can you send as a gift and not add an invoice?
Of course! Due to the nature of our business, we understand a lot of our customers are sending gifts directly to their friends and family.
Because of this, we do not include any invoice in our packages.
How long will it take for my order to get to me once you’ve sent it?
Delivery times depend on a number of factors such as: Where you are located in Australia, if you have chosen Parcel Post or Express Post and what the current load is on Australia Post.
If you are ever unsure, please check the Australia Post website for details.

Can I have a proof of my order before it is made?
Unfortunately, due to the large volume of orders we create, a proof isn’t possible. If there is something specific you’re after, please just make it nice and clear in the comments for us and if we have any questions we’ll reach out.
I've made a mistake with my order, can I update it?
Please send us an email as soon as possible. If we have not yet started production on your order we will be able to make the necessary update for you. However, if your order has already been made, unfortunately we are unable to make any further updates.
Are there different font choices available?
A lot of our designs are interactive so you can swap and change the fonts as you like. For those that aren't, the font choices you see are those that are matched to that design. If you would like a font that you see that is on a different design, please make this nice and clear in the comments
How do I tell which design is which?
On most of our products, when you select your design choice on the drop down, this will also change the image to show you your selected design.
I have received my order but there has been a spelling error, what do I do?
While we always aim to be 100% accurate in every order we make, sometimes mistakes can occur due to the highly personalised nature of our products. In the unlikely event that your order has a spelling mistake (created in error by us) or you have received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos.
